Dude you can not be this naive. Believe your own eyes. O has lost the team and coaches NEVER regain the trust of a team once they’ve lost it. He’s gotta go sooner or later. Why wait?

Oh we suck right now no doubt, but a new DC and passing game coach and we'll be a 9 win team next year. Ya'll are probably the same people that think Finley is better than Miles Brennan.
