Friend,
without legal alcohol sales, the broad avenues of Jefferson Parish would not be decorated with the best drive thru Daquiri shop signs in our nation. One must sometimes compromise some principle for the greater good.

As to weapons, while admittedly barbaric and unbecoming a civilized wayfarer of this epoch, one must acknowledg the brutish nature of some of our fellow citizens. There is no dishonor in acquiring weapons for self defense.

As to your other admonitions in the quoted post, kudos.
