The no contact rule has been around for quite awhile.
Okay: I hope we get Russell Shepard

And the NCAA consideres the former not an undue influence? hehehe
Houston, we have contact. The latter being categorized as "contact" on a message board
So when RS tells a recruit he should come to LSU, is he, in fact, a "booster" and violating the rules?
It would seem so...
