I’m not their primary provider, you can’t get through to someone very well in emergency medicine, although I try in my limited time with them.... but fat shaming anyone does no good and obesity is not the number 1 risk factor.

bullshite, it took a doctor fat shaming me in front of my family 12 years ago to get my fat arse to be less of a fat arse now.
