re: Liuzza’s on Bienville is for sale

This place is a neighborhood gem. Also that area is booming with all of the new residential development on Bienville behind Rouses and the bayou/greenway.

Its also two blocks from the streetcar, so could be a destination spot if someone did it right. Also not sure the neighborhood/zoning would allow it, but could work as a casual bar with good food, that stays open a little later, maybe till midnight?
