I’d love to be in ATC. Sure, it’s stressful, but has to be highly rewarding and you get used to the ebb and flow eventually.
The hiring process is extremely weird though. Even if you manage to get an audition, it consists of a computer testing battery that is nearly impossible to pass. I didn’t really understand how it was relatable to ATC duties.

Worked with a guy who’s wife went through the entire ATC qualification process and her and pretty much all of her class were all denied interviews because they were all white. Obama admin doing work.
