It doesn't upset me in the least my friend. But it does impugn anyone who has been wounded in the service of their country and received the purple heart because it lowers the standard across the board to suggest someone could be awarded one for a paper cut. There were more people who served with Kerry who unequivocally state that his version of the story is accurate than those who claim it isn't....but that is not the point. The point is that the GOP stated it is possible to receive a purple heart for a paper cut.
