Although it depends on the type and size of the business, I tend to agree with you. At larger banks, the people I get to know and trust tend to be good, and because of that, they inevitably move on and up. When I’ve had that happen at smaller banks, they’re usually quick to set me up with someone who isn’t just the next hump in line.
