Recs for someone who builds in iberville parish

We're finally at the stage where I can do something.

Like most people, I want to spend as little as possible.

Unlike most, I don't care what the outside looks like. I just want durable. I'm not opposed to metal construction. Nor metal exterior.

I want a metal roof.

At least 9ft ceilings. Open floor plan. 2 bed. 2.5 bath. Great room/kitchen combo.

Can have simple roof lines.

Budget determined by mortgage rates

Right now it's 250k.

200 was more the norm.

Already own property. I'll handle site prep.
