I think we have 3 pretty decent candidates, actually:
1. Young, charismatic, business outsider.
2. Youngish councilman with great hands-on experience at this level
3. Old well-known moderate with tons of experience at the state level
Our jungle primary system is vastly superior to the party primary system. Party primaries produce far more wacko candidates than open primaries, David Duke being the big exception.
