re: So when will the civil unrest start?

My question is what happens if the alternate side of protests occur? Right now protests (aka looting and rioting) are on going with ....blessing. We are told that these events are greater in necessity than the need to protect against covid. Say if Biden wins and it appears dubious and right/conservatives protest...will the same latitude be given? Or will there be some event that will allow all conservative protestors to be branded illegal and arrested/ or dispersed. Will be a litmus test if Gretchim/Gavin et al allow protests for a county somehow going Biden and 105% voter turnout
