ha i would go the snakes a sparklers route. I just wouldnt want to spend time experimenting with sours and stouts to have multiple of them. I would entertain a rotating one. We have done some decent fruit sours but nothing i would really care to sale.

At Istrouma now. This is one of the better breweries, atmosphere wise. It’s up there with bayou teche (minus the live Cajun music).

Only had one so far, the bourbon barrel dark. It’s not my style, personally but well made.
