And using this logic (which is sound IMO) Staubach is definitely underrated in the conversation of greatest QBs

Top 6 in receiving TDs, top 2 in yards and catches. Probably a top 3 route runner and top 3 best hands. It's a no brainer. Plus he's the ultimate pro. Been fortunate to catch him live twice and no matter the record or score he's going at it. Not to mention he's got more career tackles than drops.
