Yeah, I was more referring to the yard sale aspect.
When going to estate sales, I will go early on the first day and buy what is worth the asking price if I think it won't last. If something strikes my interest, but it is too high, I will go on the final day. I have an in or two with the estate sale companies around here, but I hate early selling about as much as I do those who "seed" sales.
