Don't need a link, it's common sense.

$15 an hour and a 40 hour work week is $30k a year.

Do you really think unskilled labor should be paid $30k a year?

Do you realize some business owners with a couple of employees pay themselves around the same amount and invest the rest back into the business to help it grow?

Here is a little nugget for you. That $30k a year is actually a lot more depending on the state you live in. Because there are additional taxes that an employer has to pay on top of the workers salary, to the tune of 10-17% on tops of that $30k.
