re: Caliber for a 13/14 y/o

As many here in south, I been shooting since I can hold a gun. Any of those calibers can kill a deer. As far what I prefer for younger shooter be 7-08. Plenty of Ammo even now, mild recall, damn good ballistics, and a gun he can use rest of his life.
