Fish the western shoreline of Lake Borgne in the fall when the tide is falling. In the summer fish the Tulane Rig which is in the middle of Lake Borgne. Fish the western side of Lake Catherine in the fall. Personally, I do not fish the Rigolets at all.

catching a good bit around the storms lately...
time on the water...
lot of people catching trout off their docks, specially under the lights, due to the salt water pushed in by the storms...
