1. Steve works on a chicken farm and doesn't know what "culling" the males means - imagines a large musical number
2. Roger tries to help Steve become popular by stuffing a salami in his pants, he walks down the school hallway to the song "My Dick" then gets attacked by a dog

I also love the episode where Stan and Roger try to out-act each other. The ending scene where Roger and Stan keep saying, "You call that acting?" "This is acting!" And then Stan starts to rape Roger and goes, "I'm acting the crap out of you."
