Was the ship really sailing the right way when his heat team won 15 games his last season as a coach in this league?

The guy has over 30 years of coaching in the NBA and no championship. Why would you want to waste your time with that? Kerr was a new hire w/o HC experience and look at what he did. Tired of the same old coaches getting jobs
