My K child is currently quarantining for 14 days because his teacher came down with it. They sit at their desks with masks on and plastic desk shields in front of their computers. The teacher stays at her desk and talks to them through her computer because she is also teaching the virtual kids.
My other child that goes to the same school is allowed to continue to go to school even though they share the same room at home. This approach is definitely not science based.
