I tried everything but had footdrop, atrophy in calf muscle. Ended up having back surgery as a last resort. Micro discsectomy.
Doesn’t work for everyone but it helped me. 95% better with relatively few nerve issues every now and then. Strength was back immediately.
Some of the beat things I tried pre surgery were dry needling, yoga, Murphy method chiropractic stretches.
Sciatica is no fun. Hope you work through it!
