That's a tough question.
For me, I was never more excited to have a running back coming back for 3 more years than when Dalton Hilliard was a freshman.
Going back a ways, Roger Stauback and Terry Bradshaw were incredible in college -- saw both of them play McNeese -- though at smaller schools, they became great pros.
And I can never forget Tommy Casanova. Him being on the field just felt like everything would be fine. And he could have played both ways and been All American at whatever position he lined up in.
All of the other names were great also.
