12 years old and other my dad in Tiger Stadium in ‘97 watching LSU beat #1 UF. I was hooked

My earliest recollections of the Tigers are just the games on the radio playing in our little chicken coop house in Jennings on fall Saturday nights. The first time I can really remember being caught up in the game was the 1971 Notre Dame game, televised nationally, I could finally see what was going on on the radio every Saturday night. My dad and my older sisters and I watched the game and celebrated the win and from that time on I was hooked.

Yeah this is it for me. Being from the new orleans area with no family with ties to LSU I was always a fan but we didnt really sit down and watch as a family/group like we did with the saints. I was a senior in high school and finally knew I was definitely going to LSU and watched this with a bunch of friends drinking and got fired up.
