I said he committed a murder. Within a few posts, someone said that I SHOULD have said "homicide." I agreed and continued the discussion using that term. It was nitwits like yourself who insisted upon continuing the use of a term that I had already discarded as not having been as specific to the statute (and thus "accurate") as the term "homicide."

Look, you just cannot grasp (a) that he clearly committed a homicide under Wisconsin law, (b) that such homicide is excused/justified/privileged under Wisconsin law, pursuant to the doctrine of "self-defense," and (c) that he will not be convicted for that reason.

Your analysis goes no further than "he dindu nuffin."
