So what’s the point if he is only going to raise taxes on those making over 400,000?

It’s not to raise enough money to cover his programs because the amount won’t put a dent in anything.

So the point has to be class warfare and nothing more. Same script Obama used. Problem is, it works. This stuff works at creating resentment. They think that if someone makes over 400,000, they’re evil rich people....
