They're now serving pancakes, omelets, scrambled eggs, french toast, biscuits, sausage. I really don't get the point of going to a Tex-Mex restaurant to eat that kind of food. If you really wanted pancakes and eggs made by Mexicans, why not just go to IHOP.

IHOP doesnt have those fine senioritas nor the other scenery but take that out of the equation and yea see your point.

You can't get a margarita at IHOP. Now, I have a place to start drinking BEFORE 11.

They have "Mexican" breakfast on there as well- i.e. juevos rancheros.

Many consider Goode Co. Taqueria one of the best places for breakfast/brunch in Houston. You won't find their Pecan Waffles at an IHop

Goode Company's Taqueria outpost has a decent breakfast, the quail and eggs is the tits. Also, The Rainbow Lodge reigns supreme over all breakfast/brunch options-smoked duck and potato hash with eggs and 99 cent mimosas are an old standby.
