The league I am in is ran from a site called www.myfantasyleague.com and well it sucks. I have mentioned using ESPN but the commissioner is stuck in his ways. ESPN is free and it would take the money used to purchase the league manager and add to the winnings. Is ESPN as good as anyone else? Can you guys suggest something else?

Is that the old statsworld.com? If so it does suck...hard. ESPN is probably the best, cbssportsline is good. Yahoo is good but you have pay for stats unless they run some sort of promotion to get free stats. Last year I signed up for mycokerewards.com and got free stats.

I am not sure but its just outdated. Its like they built it in 2001 and never updated it (not really but just trying to compare it to something).

Just FYI....I checked and statsworld.com is merging with myfantasyleague.com If it was bad before it just got worse.

Our league has used cbssportsline.com for nine years and it's pretty good. I am not the commissioner, but I have commissioner access as I fill in for him when he's unavailable. I think it's really easy to use and the information available is good enough. The only complaint I have is that it does not use the official injury report to report on players. So it might say a player is not going to play when his team says he's doubtful. This caused a few problems when our league used an injury slot on rosters, so we got rid of that feature.

I don't have any on-line service to compare to, but IMO cbs is worth the money.

So you are familiar? Man it is horrible and the commissioner does not want to change it.

Same with my league, I have told the commish that ESPN is free and I use it for another league, but he is used to this and does not want to change. I don't understand his reasoning.

I guess when people have been doing something the same way for years they tend to stick to what they know.
