I don't know we haven't had that problem but don't use it that often. Going to South Carolina from Dec 17th-21st and rented a place on Lake Wylie at a good price for 4 nights. Simple and easy.

The service fees and cleaning fees can really add up. In fact the cleaning fees set by the owner can make a 2 night stay jump 50%.

This is the free market. Use something else and don't bother with them. We always use multiple searches/sources when looking to rent.
