Unfortunately the talking point is going to be that Louisiana is back to number 1 in cases per 100,000 people. Which of course is a bullshite stat if you are testing more than most............but he is going to say it.

You could hear him tell Trump this in Lake Charles like it was some sort of accomplishment. I wish I had the video.
