One of the videos, you can very clearly see him reach for and draw the pistol with his right hand... shortly before losing his right bicep. Watch the videos. He was keeping his left side turned toward Rittenhouse to try and conceal the drawn pistol. Bicep boi intended to kill Rittenhouse at point blank range.

I don't know if he was intending to kill our hero, but he sure as frick wasn't there to help him up off the ground. He definitely had bad intentions.
