In Louisiana, the July spike was mostly from regions that didn’t experience a huge wave back in April.

Similar spikes occurred across the country. States like Florida, Texas, and Arizona escaped the initial surge, but their cases have exploded this summer.

Hopefully that’s not a coincidence, and there’s some herd immunity taking place. If so, there will probably be an increase, but we won’t see another big spike in cases when things start opening back up.

I get all of that, but "big spike" is relative to the interpreter. Consider those who make the call to open/shut down businesses...

Hope you are right though
