This may be too much to ask, but what about a

-Fast growing
-Short growing (no bigger than say, 15' tall)
-Nice looking
-Little to no pruning necessary

privacy type of tree that I could plant near the fence line of my neighbor. I have a rear/side porch that overlooks (had to build high after the flood) his rear porch.

Any luck checking all those boxes?

I'm going to try and get a property sketch done and post it to show what I'm looking at.

Perhaps one of holly’s like oak leaf or Oakland holly? Pyramidal “Christmas Tree” shape, that naturally take that form with little pruning/maintenance. Don’t know if those are considered as fast or medium rate growers.
