I disagree with your choices. Why do we have to not count valid votes, while stopping fraudulent votes.
The key is a SYSTEM that ensure the least amount of fraud possible, which is in-person, ID-mandated voting.

As I said, that's the goal.
How do you handle people that are not in their place of residence during either early voting or election day voting. military, travel nurses, contract employees, people unable to phyisically get to a polling place like elderly, those who are sick with a communicable disease that they don't want to pass on to others, or any number of other exceptions?
