#5 is horseschitt after 2019, akin to 0 respect. #5 is horseschitt after 2 GA beastial beatings. #5 is horseschitt after Alabama’s decline.
#5 is horseschitt after Clemson’s beatdown.

What do any of these comments about past teams have to do with a pre-season ranking of the 2020 LSU team?

Fair Question:
My comments are a testament to the FACT (not an opinion) that the new LSU Offense is UNSTOPPABLE therefore deserving rank no higher than Number 2. That coaches cannot accept this is understandable. They wish that our LSU New Offense was one and done. The beatings administered by a 2019 LSU offense will continue in 2020 and will most likely (an opinion from a former QB watching 75 years of CFB) INCREASE in both ferocity and point gaps due to the implementation of a more aggressive dee and better and ever increasing talent.

Everyone is ignoring these facts:
1. There was little difference between Myles Brennan and Joe Burrow (won the QB battle on 427 graded snaps by a razor thin margin)

2. Myles Brennan has better QB mechanics than Joe (all 6 passes, Joe has 5/6), better arm and velocity and better release and is half a step quicker. Joe has Best trigger time. Myles only needed the opportunity to play and has more than enough experience to exceed in the job given 3 years as backup.

3. LSU has the most talent ever under Coach O and Better Scoring Dee Due to aggressive style will favor an LSU Offense. Aranda Dees gave too many points to mediocre teams. Fewer points will be scored against 2020 LSU and winning margins will be increased.

4. Most importantly, 2020 gameplans using the Saints Template will feature:

A) 60%+ passing (incr 10%, 48 ppg)
B) 80+ plays versus 75 (more plays)
C) TE use 3rd Downs to improve conv rate
D) TE use on 20% Pass plays (not 8%)
E) Improved WR/TE TALENT *
*Opinion If you believe the 2019 Off was UNSTOPPABLE, just wait until we have a BETTER MORE EXPERIENCED CORPS of WRs with stunning TE capabilities. No one will keep Kayshon Boutte off the field.

LSU could have 5 on the Biletnikoff Watch List by Dec Chase - Marshall - McMath - Gilbert - Boutte — MARK THIS PLEASE

Opinion: Had Joe gone down Week 1, we’d still be 15-0. It’s possible that the 2020 LSU Tiger Offense improves on 2019 with all points given above.

Like I’ve said before.... you have ZERO clue how good Myles is gonna be. I hope he does very well but at this point we just don’t know. As for your take on this years offense being better than last year???????? Sorry. That was a once in a lifetime experience.... and Burrow will ALWAYS be a better an than Myles.......
