i think 5th is a solid ranking for us, however, clemson, ohio state, and bama are all being ranked top 3 the following year after winning a title regardless of talent lost based solely on their names.

Agree. Besides, look at the rankings of our opponents under the revised schedule - including "others". If we finish undefeated, we'll definitely be in the top two.
