What do u make of all the insider selling? Top people in WKHS selling lots of shares

Insider trading is typically filed months if not years in advance. If a WKHS Insider filed with the SEC selling 50,000 shares 6 months in the future, no appearance of Insider Trading regardless of stock price.
The Regeneron CEO sold several million in shares shortly after the stock had a Covid run up. The SEC filings to sell these shares I believe were 2 years earlier & all monies went to a Trust.
Short sellers and media are the only people that scare the new investors with Insider Trading news.

But how do you get to this stage of the game if you are basically a sham company?
How could usps allow a company that is junk to make the final three?
Maybe the award is being delayed because usps has major concerns about Wkhs and is giving them time to get their act together???
