This is what we do. We have a 42 foot park model RV on a lot that I can pull out of there when storms come. It’s like a small mobile home and very comfortable for the wife and I and two guests. We’re usually fishing, boating, or at the beach anyway.

Owning a camp requires very expensive flood insurance or you pay cash for it and roll the dice.
