Spray with fungus control and something like Talstar or Triazicide for bugs.
Hard to tell the difference in brown patch and bugs from pics, although the large amounts of green grass left in the middle of those pics make me lean towards bugs more. Fungus tends to wipe out the whole area.

Look to see if any blades have been eaten on. If so, armyworms / sod webworms.
