The arena will not see any substantive improvements until the dome renovations are done and paid for, I imagine. Could be a bit.

They are coming for sure, not sure how the covid garbage changes the timeline. I believe the locker room and medical facilities at SKC for the team is getting expanded/renovated sometime during the off-season.
