Oak Harbor condition?

I played Friday 7/3 and thought it was in really good shape. Greens were nice. Water on 2 & 4 so cart path only on those holes but the rest of the course was good to go.

Coworker played it yesterday. Said it was in good shape.
A lot of grass in fairways.
Green were a little slow but in good shape.
Bunkers sucked....

As the above mentioned, beyond the bunkers being like concrete, the course is in pretty good shape.

There’s been multiple threads about this already. The place is a goat ranch. Greens look nice and roll pure but are horrendously slow. Fairways are rock hard and spotty in a good amount of areas, and the bunkers are horrendous. Great layout and the new owner (Justin) has improved it but the course is as mediocre as it comes.
