All good points.

Lots I’ve seen have water and electricity ran to the lots already. Would have to get my own sewer set up.

The more I look at pre-fab homes, especially cabins, I’m really surprised how far they’ve come. I just want to make certain it’s well insulated.

Yes. Prefab is a great option for certain situations. Wouldn’t hesitate to go that route at all
