Such an odd thing to dispute. You don't think the dem nominee for president 4 months away from an election has daily campaign calls, staff meetings, briefings, donor calls, and countless other demands on his time.

Its pretty clear that Joe doesn't have a lot of impact on decisions made within his campaign. He's merely a puppet at this point.
I doubt he's involved much at all.
