The fact that he is getting us out of wars, forcing European nations to pay more into NATO, and bringing back manufacturing jobs are all foreign successes.

Also, I have a question about this:

Has any president maintained both the House & Senate at mid-term of their first year. My memory may be off, but I don't recall any party having control of all 3 for more than the first 2 years.

The scandals that lead to impeachment are a joke and have been proven to be manufactured. And now, it appears that some of the things that Trump was accused of (and impeached in the House over), Obama & Biden may have actually done themselves.
