The scandals that lead to impeachment are a joke and have been proven to be manufactured. And now, it appears that some of the things that Trump was accused of (and impeached in the House over), Obama & Biden may have actually done themselves.

George W. Bush. Not only did Republicans gain seats in both the House and Senate in 2002 but the Senate Minority Leader lost his bid for reelection.
