Never seen or heard of any in physical form, never met anyone that has seen them either. Lived in these States among others Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, and North Carolina. I lived in Germany, never ran into a neo nazi either . 
I guess I'm lucky. But that is why they came up with all the white nationalist and white supremacist - they ran out of real racists.

I'm old enough to have known of a few back in the 1960's. Not anyone I wanted to know though.
