Maybe I need to rephrase that as an "Act of hate." Its semantics though. Just saying that *if* it happened, then that's the situation they are in.

Oh sure but what we know its not a crime, I mean do black people have ownership of nooses. This is new to me to be honest.

As far as Nascar investigating, they can do whatever they want, but if they believe this was discriminator type act against a black. Logic would tell me that him having BLM on the side of his car is further symbol of racial hatred and should be investigated.

Why is he allowed to use racial hatred symbols and signs which are not being investigated by Nascar.

Title VII comes to mind as in violation.
