I do 250+ ag exemptions a year. Check with the county to see what they allow. There will be an acreage minimum, usually 10 acres. In order to get wildlife, it needs to be in a current plan and converted- don’t go this route.
Like already said, if you can do timber, do timber.
There will be other options if no timber. You will not get the exemption on the house unless it’s a homestead.
