Well, he's talking to a guy in Seattle, that is standing in front of the Lenin statue, live right now. They show the time for Seattle.

They are also showing the Washington statue being torn down from last night and plus the little FoxNews logo says live... so it would be a little awkward if they had to break his normal script for breaking news.

Anyway, this was pretty awesome from his opening monologue [paraphrasing]:

"The democrats are a joke of a political party. They have accomplished nothing in the past three years. They spent years chasing invisible Russian agents. Then made weird and unintelligible sounds about something called... Ukraine. I still don't know what they were talking about."
