The problem I see is that some in the middle think this is simply a policy difference. It is not. It is a worldview difference with the policies flowing from there. You can’t go back when the entire party is following an atheistic worldview that props up government as a god and Marxism as the mechanism to bring that god to ultimate power.

For years the Democrats have been pushing more government. They create the problems so that they can fix them. They create victims so that those victims can look to them via the state for protection and provision. They despise individual liberty and success because it is phlegm in the face of the government-god narrative that they have worked so hard to formulate.

After decades of slowly conditioning the masses to Marxism, they are now out in the open with their end goal. They can’t go back now and those who see the left for what they aren’t shouldn’t go back, either.

People that feel like they are enlightened don't like their self image destroyed. It must suck when they realize they have been pawned.

That takes courage to admit. This thread is giving me hope.

Is this really ideological? Or just because one side is always about hate and slandering our country?

Republicans are as big government as democrats. Look what that idiot trillion dollar war did to Bush.

Hopefully these events swing more of the white majority to Trump and republicans and divides the democrats between the Bernie Bros and BLM.
