I had a cop relative who told me they reacted very slowly to certain crimes scenes in certain neighborhoods and or drove slowly while sounding their sirens to give perps time to vacant. To keep from getting involved in a no win situation
Best believe the police will be reacting even more slowly in those neighborhoods and even in other areas. They will see far less evil and will begin to allow thugs to live another day rather than engage in serious pursuit. The crime rat is fixing to sky rocket and the arrest records and prosecution records will decrease exponentially.
