What are you suggesting? I think I know what you’re suggesting, but I must be mistaken bc that would mean you’re contradicting yourself based on your post history about Alleva and this situation.

Surely, that can’t be the case.

And Alleva would be suing for what? Breach of contract?

Someone as astute as you pretend to be about contract law and the reading of contracts, surely you would understand that Alleva would have no case as LSU continued to pay him the remainder of his salary under his contract and then simply did not renew it. LSU was under no obligation to have to renew the contract nor is LSU under any obligation to keep his job title or duties the same. LSU's only obligation is to provide the financial compensation promised under the contract, which they did.
